Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items
In the event of incorrect, damaged, or missing items from your order, kindly contact us within seven (7) days of purchase. We will promptly rectify the situation. When communicating via email, please include your order number, along with any relevant details and photos.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
To cancel or modify an online order that you have just placed, please get in touch with our team immediately and we will do our very best to make your requested changes prior to fulfillment.
